How to Make This No Bake Peach Dessert

This recipe is so easy because all you do is take all of the ingredients for the batter, dump them in a bowl, and mix well. The cheesecake batter for these mini no bake peach desserts is so peachy, light, and fluffy!

Instructions for using pre made mini graham cracker crusts are below. And, if you want to make the home made crust that will add on an additional 5 minutes, follow the instructions in the next section!

Directions for No Bake peach Dessert home made Crust

First, PLACE 6 graham cracker sheets into a large gallon zip bag and use a rolling pin to CRUSH and GRIND the graham crackers. You want a very fine crush on these. Next, CHOP the pecans as fine as possible. ADD the graham crackers and pecans to a mixing bowl. NEXT add brown sugar and melted butter to the bowl and bring the mixture together. Mix well.

PLACE cupcake liners in a cupcake pan and FILL each liner with the crust mixture. Firmly press the curst mixture into the cup so it lays as flat as possible at about 1/4 inch thick.

Next, PLACE the crusts into the freezer for 10 minutes to set.

GARNISH with fresh mint for color (optional).

Are Bake or No Bake Desserts Better?

A 5 minute no bake dessert will save you time. You can still get a dessert but in less time and fewer steps. When it comes to this no bake mini peach cheesecake, it’s just as good and satisfying as a baked cheesecake. The biggest difference is that the no bake version does not contain eggs and the texture is different. A no bake peach dessert will be more mouse-like whereas a baked peach dessert will be more firm.

Can You Put a No Bake Dessert in the Freezer to Set?

To get a firmer no bake peach dessert you can sit it in the freezer for 10 minutes and get a firm bite similar to that of a cheesecake that’s baked.

How Do I Store This No-Bake Peach Dessert?

You’ll need to store this no bake peach dessert in the refrigerator because of the ingredients in the cheesecake batter. You can also make it ahead of time, but I’d suggest no more than 24 hours in advance. As the moisture gets to the crust it will soften - which is not bad. But you may like a crispier crust and that’s also never a bad idea either.
