Anyone who knows me knows that though I don’t go to get professional manicures as often as I’d like, I love trying new nail polishes. I have tons of colors, old and new, that are a part of my beauty toolkit. I’ve recently started a journey of using clean products and let me just tell you! Finding nail polishes that are not only beautiful but also non-toxic, vegan, or water-based is tricky. If you’re new to the concept of water based nail products, in a nutshell, they are made of fewer chemicals and synthetic ingredients, so in essence are better for you. I’m always looking for safer beauty products because I really need to care for myself, as you do! I love when fall hits because there are some bold and sassy colors you can wear on your nails that just scream the season’s name. This makes it perfect for wearing all autumn long! It’s also vegan and cruelty-free, and I love the quaint and sophisticated packaging on this brand too!

If you’re looking for a great water based light gray nail product, look no further than Sohpi’s Eiffel of Love. This nail polish mimics a light gray metallic hue that will have you falling in love. I love this color because it’s so serene, gives fall vibes, yet is so subtle.

Now, this is one of my favorites. If you’re into a nail product that will give you attitude, along with sophistication and class, this is your jam! This is another polish that is perfect for fall, but will transition perfect for winter. I can totally see this on my nails for a Christmas Party, or even to ring in the new year.

Though not totally water based, another great vegan nail polish you’ll love is this shade of purple called J.01 by Sundays. A part of the James Hotel Collection from Sundays, if you’re into purple, this is perfect. It is a true hue of purple that should definitely be on your list of manicure colors for this fall.

“Soot” by Base Coat

One of my favorite things about nail colors for fall is being able to go darker. I love a great versatile dark color. Soot is a lovely shade of blue/black, so depending upon lighting can look either blue, or black. Base Coat has tons of other great colors for fall as well. It’s one of my favorite brands.

I know w'e’re talking about fall colors here, but if you love a color that can transition to each season throughout the year then this color is for you! This is an amazing glitter nail polish that is a completely beautiful teal color that will leave your nails sparkling. Not only that, it also easily peels off. That’s right! You don’t even need acetone or have to scrub your nails to get it off - you just literally peel it.

10. Gray-Violet

"Vesper” by Zoya

This nail polish is a deep and antique gray/violet cream color that is perfect for fall and winter. It’s also vegan and nontoxic and gives me warm sweater feels. I’ll definitely have this on repeat in the coming months, even if I do my own at home manicure.

11. Creamy Charcoal

“no. 99” by Cote

Another shade of gray that will give you warm sweater feels is this vegan friendly shade called no. 99 by Cote. It’s simply fabulous! It’s got a great creamy color and the polish goes on easily. Cote also has many beautiful shades for fall, including several metallic hues that I’ll be testing out for the first time myself.
